Declaring your PayPal contract in the Merchant Back Office

  1. Sign in to your .Merchant Back Office
  2. Click Settings > Company > Merchant IDs tab.
  3. Click Create a Merchant ID (MID).
  4. Select the desired PayPal contract.
  5. Enter your "PayPal ID"
    The ID is the e-mail address you entered when you created a PayPal account.
  6. Select the currency.
  7. Click Next.
     

    The "e-commerce" box is enabled by default since it is the only type of payment allowed.

    The payment method is selected by default.

  8. Configure payment constraints (optional).
    • Fill in the"Minimum amount" and "Maximum amount" fields.

    Monetico Retail offers PayPal if the order amount is between the minimum and the maximum specified amount.

    • For PayPal Pay Later, enter an "Minimum amount" greater than or equal to 30 EUR and an "Maximum amount" less than or equal to 2000 EUR.

      Only purchases between 30 EUR and 2000 EUR are eligible for payment by PayPal Pay Later.

  9. Click Finish.
