Viewing transaction details

Transactions can be viewed in the Merchant Back Office via the Management > Transactions menu.

Via the Management menu, the merchant has access to real and TEST transactions.

The content of the Transactions is progress tab is displayed by default, which lists all the day's transactions.

Click the Captured transactions tab to display captured payments.

An initial transaction is never captured in the bank. For payment upon shipment, the associated Verification operation does not concern a debit amount.

It will therefore never be visible from the Captured transactions tab. Only shipping transactions created from an initial transaction will appear there.

To view the details of a transaction:

1. Select a transaction.
2. Right click on it and select Display transaction details or double-click the transaction you would like to see the details of.

   The Details of a transaction in progress dialog box appears.

   The details include:

   • The transaction ID with a truck icon in case of payment upon shipment.
   • The transaction UUID, a unique reference assigned by the gateway to track the transaction.
   • The order reference
   • The transaction amount.
   • The type of operation: Verification in case of a payment upon shipment with multiple authorizations.
   • The validity date in case of Liability shift.
   • Verification validity date in case of a payment upon shipment with multiple authorizations.
   • The used payment method.
   • The creation date of the transaction.
   • The transaction status
   • Other additional information.
